Mark Bell is a very talented artist whose works include portraits, landscape, fine arts, abstracts and more.

The Jamaica Cultural Development Commission art awardee has his works on display locally and internationally, and has worked with well known interior designer, Jianne Legere. His portraits include those of the Governor General of Jamaica and Usain Bolt along with those of many Members of Parliament of Jamaica. His abstract pieces have been commissioned by the China Harbour Company.

He is very active in the promotion and the development of young local artists in Portland and has hosted many exhibitions to show of their talent.
